APC Waiver

Committee Decision

Waiver amount is reviewed and determined by the editorial committee on a case-by-case basis. Authors will be notified of the decision after eligibility review.

Why Does PTJI Charge an APC?

PTJI provides immediate open access to all published content at no cost to readers worldwide. This is made possible by APCs, which cover the operational costs of scholarly publishing, including:

Peer review management Professional copyediting & typesetting DOI registration (Crossref) Digital archiving (Portico) Indexing maintenance (Scopus, Copernicus, Sinta) Plagiarism screening (Turnitin) OJS platform maintenance Permanent global reader access (free)

APC Waiver (Free Publication) Eligibility

APC waiver is granted only to authors who meet ALL FOUR of the following criteria simultaneously. Failing to meet even one criterion renders the author ineligible for the waiver.

No Grant or Funding

The author(s) must not have received any grant or funding from any institution, government, organization, or university for the submitted research.

Required Proof

Official letter from the Head of Department, Dean, or Rector confirming no funding was received for this research.
