Include the DOI Link

All deposited versions must clearly display the Crossref DOI of the published article (e.g., https://doi.org/10.xxxxx/ptji.xxxx) so citations are tracked to the official publication.

CC BY 4.0 License Statement

Deposited files should carry the CC BY 4.0 license statement. Under this license, any user may share or adapt the work for any purpose, provided appropriate credit is given to the original authors and PTJI.

Acknowledge the Source Journal

The deposited record should acknowledge PTJI as the original publisher. For the VoR, include full citation information: journal name, volume, issue, page numbers, year, and DOI.

Link Preprints to the Final Article

Authors who posted a preprint before submission should update the preprint record with the DOI of the published article upon acceptance, so readers can access the peer-reviewed, final version.

CERN-operated open repository accepting any research output. Free, permanent, and assigns DOI to each deposit.

Figshare

Open repository for research data, figures, datasets, and publications. Supports all file types with permanent DOI and CC BY licensing.

OSF Preprints

Open Science Framework preprint service. Supports health science and interdisciplinary research preprints before and after peer review.

medRxiv

Preprint server for health sciences operated by Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory, Yale, and BMJ. Suitable for physical therapy and rehabilitation science manuscripts.

ResearchGate

Academic social network for sharing publications and connecting with researchers. Upload of the final published PDF (CC BY 4.0) is permitted.

Europe PMC

Open archive for life sciences, required by Wellcome Trust and EU Horizon Europe grantees. Authors may self-deposit manuscripts upon acceptance.

Garuda / SINTA

Indonesia's national academic repository and science index (Kemendikbudristek). Required for Hibah Penelitian reporting and Indonesian academic evaluation (SINTA score).

Institutional Repository

Authors affiliated with Indonesian universities and hospitals are encouraged to deposit their published PTJI articles in their institution's repository (e.g., Udayana Repository, UI Repository).

RIN / BRIN Repository

Authors funded by BRIN (National Research and Innovation Agency) are required to deposit publications in the national RIN repository as part of research grant reporting obligations.

Connect Your ORCID iD

Authors are strongly encouraged to include their ORCID iD in all submissions and repository deposits. ORCID provides a persistent digital identifier that uniquely and reliably links researchers with their published output — across name changes, institutional moves, and journal platforms.
